Florian Schmidt 848f5d5685 Mark ReCaptcha as deprecated 
Google does not support this module anymore, and there's a way
better replacement (ReCpatchaNoCaptcha). Mark the module as de-
precated, so that still using wiki administrators get a notice,
that they should switch the module. Currently, the planned time
for the actual removal of the feature is MediaWiki release 1.29.

Reedy c82a903e6f Allow usage of old captcha script

Sébastien Santoro 1c3c454b4c Use correct fancycaptcha-accountcreate message 
TranslateWiki update process doesn't seem to export the new message key
for languages with the old message key. We so rename them manually.

This is a follow-up for 181ca0ea8f / T137963.

Bingxing Wang f0932984b9 Fixing unexcepted HTML escaping in QuestyCaptcha. 
HTML-based questions (e.g. images) will not work well with QuestyCaptcha
on MediaWiki 1.27 due to an unexcepted HTML escape. This commit fixes the
issue by declaring raw HTML form mode, just like MathCaptcha.
