Ed Sanders 430f32300a screenshots: Use Linux instead of Windows 
I suspect this will run faster and be more reliable.

Also hoping it will fix the window size issue.

This reverts commit e5c1ef651b.

This change caused an error where templates failed to be inserted
into wikitext in the 2017 wikitext editor.
