Fomafix 19c2bf2920 Simplify loops over array_keys 
Use native PHP feature of iterating over key-value pairs
instead of looking up the value if it's used.

Fomafix e95564bcdc Check for invalid new titles 
This change avoids a null pointer exception.

The unmovable old title gets added to the unmoveable_titles.

Directly use the UTF-8 encoding of the 'NO-BREAK SPACE' (U+00A0) instead
of the HTML entity &#160;.

Also use \u{21B5} instead of &#8629;.
