Kunal Mehta cd4d4d4e0d build: Set "root": true, in .eslintrc.json 
This ensures that each repository's "npm test" command is fully
independent of wherever it might be in the filesystem.

Jack Phoenix 54af8fa163 FancyCaptcha: remove useless .fancycaptcha-wrapper CSS rule 
This rule was originally added in 12361c5f31 (merged on 17 January 2013) for the "request a new FancyCaptcha" feature.
The element was however removed from the PHP source in 2237e2c4ce (14 January 2015), which left this rule a complete orphan and indeed, as of today, codesearch shows no other matches for "fancycaptcha-wrapper" in all WMF git/gerrit repos than this one.

This can be merged before the code is dropped from VE, as
it will just overwrite the registry entry.

C. Scott Ananian 7b4a11d0ca Replace deprecated OutputPage::parse() 
The OutputPage::parse() method emits untidy output and is often used
with the wrong user interface/content language selection.  Replace
with Message::parseAsBlock() which was tidied in
I0f417f75a49dfea873e9a2f44d81796a48b9f428.

The replacement OutputPage::addWikiMsg() method is ancient, and so
no bump to the minimum required MW version is needed.

C. Scott Ananian 0312de771d Only expand {{...}} in messages once 
If we're going to call `OutputPage::addWikiText` to parse the message,
we don't need to pre-expand `{{...}}` markup using `Message::text()`
before passing it to the parser; `Message::plain()` works fine.  This
makes these callsites consistent with how `OutputPage::addWikiMsg()`
inserts messages.

Aryeh Gregor 422dccc7b0 Do not attempt to mock 'object' 
This doesn't work in PHP 7.2, because 'object' is no longer a valid
class name.  stdClass works fine.
