Reedy 907e209c90 Use floor division (//) when calculating chunks in python 
Also remove int() casting from captcha-old.py which was added
in 66152162fe but diverges from
captcha.py

Most of the code should be the same in these two files should
be the same bar the actual image processing...

Aryeh Gregor b7f0c79f55 Do not attempt to mock 'object' 
This doesn't work in PHP 7.2, because 'object' is no longer a valid
class name.  stdClass works fine.

Kunal Mehta 47ebc8aee2 Set phan-taint-check-plugin version in composer.json 
We cannot set this in the normal "require-dev" because the plugin
depends on exactly PHP 7.0, preventing running tests on any other PHP
version.

Instead, CI will read the version number out of the "extra" field to
figure out what version to install.
