Adding a submenu to the results of the reference re-use search.
This allows the user to either create a direct reuse or a reuse with
different details.
Hide the menu when there's a sub-reference.
Known Issues:
- Ref name is hidden (conditionally when our feature is enabled) as a
quick fix to not having a good layout choice yet.
- Submenu is clipped at the dialog bounds.
- Submenu highlight should vanish when the submenu is closed
- Instrument action with metrics.

Patch I83434afaf1b76425bddb575dd724f462a247c83d was meant to be a
revert of I3749683d8a18e502bf16e5bd5f2fe385581625be, but left this
unused message behind.
While an unused message is harmless, it's of no use either. Even if
we are going to re-implement something like this again in the future,
we will certainly not be able to use this exact message (mostly
because of T373307). Starting with a new message is much easier then.

The code of the ReferenceDialog class was later largely rewritten
and split into two separate "Edit" and "Insert" dialogs.
See Ib244ff6ad9b4cee1decfd9b9e1d3d4e9cdcfb78c, merged 2013-06-28.
Since then the message is unused. The commit message mentions the
related change. The patch just forgot to remove the message.
Note: The two separate dialog classes have been merged back into
the original ReferenceDialog class.

The message is already unused at this point. This just makes the
Git history extra confusing.

I think that the message is more clear when it starts with the
subject we're describing. That also seems to be the case in other
messages here.
It also aligns with the wording in referenceslist-missing-parent:
"There are subreferences with a missing parent reference."

In articles with references, a reference list is generated. If you
try to visual edit the reference list, it displays a message "This
reference list is generated by a template, and for now can only be
edited in source mode." However it is actually editable now that
T54750 (Community Wishlist 2023 wish #2) is complete.

To warn users when they are editing a sub-reference we
add a warning containing the text of the parent reference.

This means that all reference nodes are treated as comparable
in the diff (provided they are in the same group) so will
not show up in the article diff if their index changes.
Changes to the reference list are already handled separately
by the visual diff.

The same functionality is available using the 'Cite → Re-use' tool
on the toolbar (T214991).
We want to use the same location for a new 'Replace reference' button,
to be implemented in the Citoid extension (T208981).

This code has been developed over three years now in the repo of MediaWiki's
integration of VisualEditor. It has grown and developed significantly during
that time, but now is pretty stable. A number of hacks inside the MediaWiki-
VisualEditor code base have been used to prevent this code from being loaded
on wikis where the Cite extension is not deployed, but this state of affairs
is and always was meant to be temporary.
This code is under the MIT licence which is a tad messy, but not impossible.
It's clearly labelled as such. The list of authors has been updated to take
into account the influx of new functionality.
