Add phpunit tests for noparams and notenoughargs exceptions We're really missing exception tests: in fact, 'noparams' not being thrown was discovered only a few days ago and worked like that for years. This patch adds phpunit tests for both noparams and notenoughargs exception, also checking the returned message.
