Jdrewniak f1150164e1 Add beta tag & feedback link to Appearance menu 
Adds the word "(beta)" beside the Color options in
the Appearance menu, as well as a link for user
feedback related to dark-mode issues.

Re-orders the "Color" options to come last in the
Appearance menu.
