Jan Drewniak 91077bcd2c [Regression] Move #siteSub display rule into common.less 
Moves the CSS rule that hides the #siteSub element by
default into /resources/common/typography.less in
order to prevent it from being feature flagged
(and thereby overriding the specificity of on-wiki edits)
during the Zebra update.
