Use SkinTemplateNavigation hook instead and copy the collapsible behavior to the menu function The code inside getSkinData that checks VectorUseIconWatch is redundant as it duplicates checks already inside SkinTemplate::buildContentNavigationUrls It is enough to simplify check whether watch or unwatch is present in the array.
