As we continue to live with software like 2010 wikitext editor for a chunk of our users in foreseeable future, let's at least remove some obsolete code sent down the wire. Note that I haven't touched this code as part of If51f20137a00, but when thinking about this again while doing a final code search it seems appropriate to remove this the highly customized code here in contrast to normal 'library' styles.
