Doğu Abaris 4b1a4726a0 Add PHPUnit tests for VectorComponentClientPrefs
Adds tests for VectorComponentClientPrefs in Vector skin.
The test suite includes the following validations:
- Both pinned and unpinned states
- Correct structuring of 'data-pinnable-header'
