Bartosz Dziewoński 3cae30c131 Tweak OOUI dialog compatibility styles for better compatibility ... Move 'z-index' to the nested .oo-ui-dialog element. Previously it had no effect, because .oo-ui-windowManager is not positioned. This makes the styles closer to how they were before change I174a1c125e4ee451ec9b203654f6eff2d335bb5d. Although bug T351003 doesn't currently affect Vector, this is just by luck and future changes to 'z-index' rules in the skin could cause a similar issue.
