Jan Drewniak 522d655007 Adjust .vector-body paragraph margins 
Adds bigger bottom margin (1em) while keeping
the smaller top margin (0.5em) as was previously define.

This keeps the headings close to the paragraphs
while seperating paragraphs from each other.
