It's no longer needed (hurrah) once we move
search logic into individual skins. This
will also make a difficult to add additional code
to SkinVector going forward supporting our goal
of removing it.

`.mw-parser-output` needs to be can be present for both the normal
preview and the realtime preview. It appears only the normal preview
adds the "limited-width" classes.
Moving `.mw-parser-output` out of that selector seems to work.

for the language alert and opt-out link (which share code which
I've captured in VectorComponentMainMenuAction)

Instead of aligning the edge of the main menu and
ToC with the edge of the main menu button, this
aligns the text of those sidebar items with the
edge of the main menu button.

The user links and language button are SkinVector22 features but
they are buried inside SkinVector.

Sometimes, especially on a slow connection, search results may arrive
for a search query that is no longer in the search input, because the
user has changed the search query since the request was sent. When that
happens, don't display those outdated results.

The search input no longer expands to the left when focused, only when
there are search results. This meant the loader box was misaligned,
because it still expected the search input to expand.
To fix this misalignment, add the margin-left and width styles that
apply to the search input to the loader box as well.
