Moh'd Khier Abualruz	29a2254b9a	Update tableOfContents.js to rerender only the TOC contents rather than the entire pinnable element ... Extra: - Reactivated active list element, This still does not work if the current active gets edited. - Removed pinning event reattach as we do not replace teh full element anymore.
