Derick A	4009065cea	Menu: Add "unprotect" action when current user is an admin ... Accidentally via T231291, a regression was introduced such that, in AMC mode, when a page is protected to be edited only by admins, a corresponding unprotect action is not avaiable to reverse the protect action.
