Additionally, apply the same to .mw-rcfilters-ui-overlay, which only
accidentally had the same font-size defined in MediaWiki until
I672fdcebbdc586765de2c10f9a9a21796db57cc5.
Also change .rcfilters-container to .mw-rcfilters-container, since
the former class is deprecated.
