This exposes two broken tests: * #setCount (Eastern Arabic numerals) * clicking on the product of createBanner() should trigger a custom event that were previously passing due to buggy assertions. jdlrobson	a6a093faab	Blank parsoid styles, update thumbnail selectors for Parsoid content ... This brings Parsoid styles when viewed in Minerva consistent with MediaWiki parser output styles. jdlrobson	2cc9516cde	Minerva is its own skin ... This is programmatic output from python3 scripts/migrate.py This will result in a Minerva skin dependent on MobileFrontend.
