Improve Community Main Menu element handling

Browse source 
The Commmunity Portal main menu element should be handled
same way as Skin::buildSideBar() does:

 - it should ignore "-" -> this is how editors disable the
 link
 - it should use inContentLanguage() to properly support
 different languages
