Sam Wilson 8a57d552bf Remove out-of-date version requirement from README 
The required version is already documented in extension.json and
doesn't need to be repeated in README (where it gets forgotten
and not updated).

Fomafix d89d7b7c16 Add "requires": { "MediaWiki": ">= 1.28.0" } 
At least the change fe7e2a790c requires
MediaWiki 1.28 or higher.

Ori Livneh 61205be62a Remove ClickTracking calls 
ClickTracking is deprecated; the config var gating this behavior is set
to false; the data is going to /dev/null; no one is interested in
analyzing it. I think it's dead, Jim.

Timo Tijhof 63e396e197 Remove wikieditor-preview=1 example from README 
* AFIAK that method isn't as stable as the rest and hasn't been tested
  as much to recommend as default.
  (not enabled on WMF at least)
