Roan Kattouw fe5f4fdce0 getRenderedContents() optimizations 
* Use plain text rather than HTML in TextNode
** Bypasses HTML parsing, and doesn't cause regeneration of nodes like
   appending to .innerHTML does
** We were only using HTML so we could use entities, so replace those
   with \uNNNN sequences
* Use native DOM functionality rather than jQuery
* Inline flushBuffer()

VisualEditor provides a visual editor for wiki pages. It is written in
JavaScript and runs in a web browser.

It uses the Parsoid parser to convert wikitext documents to annotated HTML
which the VisualEditor is able to load, modify and emit back to Parsoid at
which point it is converted back into wikitext.
