Roan Kattouw fe2895b145 MWReferenceGroupInputWidget: Remove dummy call to onInputChange() 
This was needed to make the ComboBoxWidget initialize
its selection, but Idcbf38c53 makes that happen automatically.

Depends on Idcbf38c53 in oojs-ui.
