Jan Drewniak d98e9e83e1 Fix Wikitext editor preview layout in Vector 2022 
Accounts for the use of CSS Grid in Vector 2022, in
the 2017 Wikitext editor preview, by placing the heading and
content in named grid areas (`titlebar` and `content`).
