Changed logic to show icon changed to content length vs range difference. Move Link inspector getSelectionText to ve.dm.document getText. Rationale, more bits of the code depend on evaluating content. Added new ve.Range truncate method. Remove getSelectionText, using truncate range & document.getText instead.
