Timo Tijhof bc7836d1ab mw.ViewPageTarget: Swap captcha and badtoken logic in onSaveError 
This way if both are the case, the user (or VE, if possible)
will deal with badtoken first instead of potentially having to
solve the captcha twice (as each handling of the error does - and
should - end with an early return).

VisualEditor provides a visual editor for wiki pages. It is written in
JavaScript and runs in a web browser.

It uses the Parsoid parser to convert wikitext documents to annotated HTML
which the VisualEditor is able to load, modify and emit back to Parsoid at
which point it is converted back into wikitext.
