Ed Sanders b222696675 DesktopTarget: Fix opacity of #siteSub and #contentSub 
siteSub and contentSub are both children of bodyContent so
no need to give them opacity directly.

Bonus: Make them user-select:none to avoid confusion as they
are in the edit area.
