Ed Sanders b0e32c22fa Remove MWDismissibleMessageWidget and use MessageWidget's showClose option instead ... This option was added in 0.43.0. Now that the close button is handled, the remaining functionality (store a flag in local storage, and fixing link targets) doesn't really justify a separate class, especially as it's currently only used once.
