Ed Sanders a33b082c13 MWWikitextStringTransferHandler: Show indeterminate progress bar while converting 
Also store the abortable API request so it can be cancelled
by the dialog.

To test this, put sleep(4); in ApiVisualEditor.php.

Depends on Ied21e574baa in core.
