Roan Kattouw a05703114a Track the original HTMLDocument in ve.dm.Document Add it as an optional parameter to the constructor, and create a new one if omitted. This is going to be used to resolve URLs according to the right <base>, but really that's a hack and we should come up with a better way to track metadata from the <head>.
