David Lynch 909aecbd26 dm.MWInternalLinkAnnotation: account for ? in fragment ... It was failing to properly ignore the fragment if it contained a ?. This resulted in such fragment-selflinks being considered a link to a wikipage with a title of their full URL. As such, only consider the pre-# section for ?s.
