Trevor Parscal 6a3badfcc7 Improve input widget value sanitization 
Objective:

* Prevent undefined and null from being converted to 'undefined' and
  'null' when given to setValue by converting them to empty string instead

Changes:

ve.ui.InputWidget.js
* Move all sanitization to one place
* Improve sanitization by adding cases for undefined and null

VisualEditor provides a visual editor for wiki pages. It is written in
JavaScript and runs in a web browser.

It uses the Parsoid parser to convert wikitext documents to annotated HTML
which the VisualEditor is able to load, modify and emit back to Parsoid at
which point it is converted back into wikitext.
