Roan Kattouw 5c04118c07 Get rid of dmRendering hack in ve.ce.MWInternalLinkAnnotation ... Centralize href computation in getHref(). Because getHref() is provided by the generic LinkAnnotation class, the subclass implementation is now simpler.
