Bartosz Dziewoński 571bec41d1 ve.init.mw.ArticleTargetLoader: Fix promises to be abortable again 
Cancelling the loading of the editor should stop the network requests.

Broken in 0498c03191. Forwarding the
'abort' function manually is the worst.
