Inez Korczyński 4ddf123b7c (bug 50113) Do not display captions for block images which are neither frame nor thumb 
There is still a problem that those images would get inspector for opening media edit dialog
displayed, and that dialog let's edit caption, which does not make sense in this case, however
that should be a separated bug.

VisualEditor provides a visual editor for wiki pages. It is written in
JavaScript and runs in a web browser.

It uses the Parsoid parser to convert wikitext documents to annotated HTML
which the VisualEditor is able to load, modify and emit back to Parsoid at
which point it is converted back into wikitext.
