Catrope 43684f88fc (bug 42172) Tag edits made by VE 
Uses MW's built-in change tagging. Made this configurable so it can be
turned off if it looks like we're blowing up the tags system with the
volume of VE edits.

VisualEditor provides a visual editor for wiki pages. It is written in
JavaScript and runs in a web browser. 

It uses the Parsoid parser to convert wikitext documents to annotated HTML
which the VisualEditor is able to load, modify and emit back to Parsoid at
which point it is converted back into wikitext.
