Bartosz Dziewoński 3a7f5703dd Improve message for the infamous "HTTP 404" error ... (This is the error from T233127.) It's still somewhat unhelpfully generic because it can appear in many situations. But at least it'll be searchable, and less ambiguous about where the 404 happened when a user reports getting this error.
