Timo Tijhof 32b6729ce6 mw.Target: Use saveError's third parameter for response data 
This parameter was documented as "HTTP status text" but this
was incorrectly copied from other events. The actual code
never passed anything other than null.

Now documenting it as API response data (if available, else null)

VisualEditor provides a visual editor for wiki pages. It is written in
JavaScript and runs in a web browser.

It uses the Parsoid parser to convert wikitext documents to annotated HTML
which the VisualEditor is able to load, modify and emit back to Parsoid at
which point it is converted back into wikitext.
