This actually fixes a hack done in a previous commit where an undocumented surface option was being passed, but not always. And in some cases there were uses of the popup which didn't really have a surface to pass in. Change-Id: I08b5dc2dc879f6abd1b16d1d66ac1d8b5624f673 |

VisualEditor provides a visual editor for wiki pages. It is written in JavaScript and runs in a web browser. It uses the Parsoid parser to convert wikitext documents to annotated HTML which the VisualEditor is able to load, modify and emit back to Parsoid at which point it is converted back into wikitext.
