Trevor Parscal 13ccb68ae1 Cleanup - all jshint conditions are now met 
Also:
* Removed a lot of dead code in Surface that was used in the now dead and gone sandbox.
* Changed from throwing an exception when calling getBalancedData on a range that produces no results from selectNodes to just returning []

VisualEditor provides a visual editor for wiki pages. It is written in
JavaScript and runs in a web browser. 

It uses the Parsoid parser to convert wikitext documents to annotated HTML
which the VisualEditor is able to load, modify and emit back to Parsoid at
which point it is converted back into wikitext.
