It's allowed in values, but not in parameter names. The moment
a parameter name contains an `=` the parameter name will be cut
off at this point, and what's behind the `=` will become part
of the value.
You can test this on any live wiki. Open VisualEditor. Edit any
template. Add a parameter with a name like `a=` and some value.
Switch to wikitext mode and back. Edit the template. The `=` is
now part of the value.

When what you type is a partial match, you can't add it as an
unknown parameter, even if that would be the correct action. The
reason for this unexpected edge-case is a mistake in the code
where a variable called "exactMatch" is set when a *partial*
"nameMatch" was found.

This will avoid that the search breaks in edge cases where symbols
are used.
Including a fallback for ES5 browsers. The fallback should cover
almost all cases. Worst case would be not adding the asterisk even
though it might be valid.

In QUnit 2, QUnit.setup()/QUnit.teardown() were renamed, to be called
QUnit.beforeEach()/QUnit.afterEach(). Though we are insulated by this
through MediaWiki's wrapper for backwards compatibility, changing the
names of the functions we pass to the new names allows us to drop the
old ones.

* In normal images, parse relative 'href' attributes instead of
expanding them to absolute. This resolves Parsoid generating
|link= options for copy-pasted images (T193253).
Keep them in the underscore-form to avoid causing dirty diffs like
T237040 again. Unlike in the previous attempt, we don't need to be
super-careful about the 'resource' attribute, thanks to the Parsoid
changes in T108504.
* In gallery images stuff, prefix the 'resource' attribute with './',
same as normal images do. This causes no functional changes, but it
makes updating tests easier, and the consistency is probably good.
* Update test examples to also prefix 'resource' and relative 'href'
attributes with './', like the real Parsoid does.

Parsoid does not use relative links anywhere anymore (T72743). There
is no reason for us to support this. And previous code allowed
"hrefPrefix" to be empty '' sometimes, which is scary, as it could
lead to XSS vulnerabilities if titles starting with 'JavaScript:' are
not handled correctly elsewhere.

The trailing space at the end of the regexp is no longer required to
prevent matching (and executing) too soon. We also don't need to know
about trailing punctuation.
However, to prevent the match from ending in the middle of typing, we
have to allow for ' ' and '-' at the end of the match.
Tweaked tests to better match the intent now that a trailing space is
not included, but they pass without changes too, the command is quite
permissive.

If you create an autolink in the middle of bolded text, the magic link
should also be bolded. Similarly, if you convert a bolded simple link
to a magic link, the magic link should stay bolded.

Fix the back-reference to \1 (1st set of brakcets).
Add an test to make sure the example sequences actually trigger the
wikitextString handler, and tweak test to ensure that the start-of-line
restriction in the heading regexp doesn't affect link matches.

This invokes Parsoid to convert likely wikitext pastes.
This addresses about 20% of the <nowiki> insertion quantified at
https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikip%C3%A9dia:%C3%89diteurVisuel/Avis/Nowiki
for 2015-04-08 which were due to inadvertent pastes of wikitext.
For a better user experience, suppress Parsoid's P-wrapping if the
output consists of a single top-level P element. This ensures that
pasting '[[Foo]]' won't add an unexpected newline before the paste.
