Novem Linguae 3d96eedbee eslint: remove redundant ruleset wikimedia/jsdoc 
The ruleset wikimedia/client-es6 already contains
the ruleset wikimedia/jsdoc. So wikimedia/jsdoc
doesn't need to be declared.

Bartosz Dziewoński 8f1e9b6089 Allow using native URL (or polyfill) 
Adding the polyfill as dependency to everything using mediawiki.Uri,
so that we can change the code in separate commits without thinking
about this.
