Roan Kattouw	c5281a4e4d	Don't apply a background to language annotations in IE ... Because doing that makes the text disappear if dir="rtl" is also set. Roan Kattouw	a0989d15d4	Add stylesheet with IE hacks and only load it with IE ... The stylesheet contains workarounds for highlights on references being drawn in the wrong place, resize handles appearing on headings, and highlights being opaque.
