Ed Sanders	d1017bfd48	EditModeTool: Use state-describing, not action-describing labels ... Follows-up 914eb1cde3; reverts the logic to have the label change, but sticks with new "-current" i18n messages, so the "X editing" instead of "Switch to X editing"; the old i18n messages are now dropped entirely.
