Ed Sanders	bd49f97553	[BREAKING CHANGE] Separate ExtensionNode in Block/Inline ... Previously they were always inline. MWExtensionNode is now a mixin and classes which inherit it should now inherit MWBlockExtensionNode or MWInlineExtensionNode.
