Arlo Breault c068c166e2 Preserve link content for broken media
Parsoid will start populating the link content with the alt text if it's
available before falling back to the filename.  Preserving what's there
is needed to avoid dirty diffs during the transition and for cached
content.  In the future, we can remove errorText and replicate Parsoid's
new behaviour..

Arlo Breault 79120fc16c Preserve classes on media wrapper links
Parsoid added a class and, without it, we get selser complaining
about wrappers being modified, similar to T214649.

The "image" class is removed since Parsoid never added it (although it
now has "mw-file-description" for a similar purpose) and the legacy
parser doesn't apply it indiscriminately.

It doesn't seem like VE supports editing the |link= media option; it
just tries to roundtrip what's there and drops it on edit.  The patch
here works with that limitation.

Galleries are found to drop href's, breaking selser, and should be fixed
in a follow up.

Thiemo Kreuz fccb9bb4bb Use less repetitive code when calling .showHandles()

Bartosz Dziewoński 9119e57a2e Improve rendering of audio files (for real this time)
ve.dm.MWImageNode:
* Define sensible scalable properties for audio files. They are now
  scalable to any width but have a fixed height. (Ideally they would
  have no concept of height, but that would require many more changes.)
  This prevents them from resetting to 0x0 when resized.

ve.ce.MWBlockImageNode:
* Remove override for #isResizable, audio files can be resized now.
* Move #updateMediaType to MWImageNode mixin so it applies to
  MWInlineImageNode as well.

ve.ce.MWImageNode:
* Add #updateMediaType from MWBlockImageNode.
* Hide the real image 'src' using CSS rather than changing the
  attribute. It seems the previous solution depended on the order in
  which methods are called, because it stopped working when I moved
  the code here. (This depends on VE/VE change If5b1b5b5d.)

audioPlayer.svg:
* Make the file nicely resizeable. The dimensions of the "play" icon
  and time are fixed, the bar adjusts to the width of the container.

Bartosz Dziewoński 84d548e7b1 Remove redundant @method annotations
A @method annotation is only necessary when the docblock is not
directly followed by a function declaration (in which case JSDuck
assumes it documents a property), e.g. when defining an abstract
function or referencing a function from another library.

I verified that JSDuck generates exactly the same output before and
after this change (docs/data-<hash>.js files are identical).

Bartosz Dziewoński 24e828c627 ve.ce.MWInlineImageNode: Fix rendering of non-linked images
The bug is easiest to reproduce with `[[File:Example.jpg|link=]]`,
but it also affected video embeds.

jQuery appendTo() method returns the set of inserted elements.
Because `this.$element` is undefined at this point, the `<img>`
was not actually being inserted anywhere, and an empty set was
returned, causing MWInlineImageNode to have no CE rendering.

This was not an issue prior to c4f93b14, because `this.$element`
was being defined by the parent constructor (OO.ui.Element)

We don't actually want to insert it anywhere, this appendTo()
call was a remnant of wrapping code removed in a22aeafc.

suchetag dc2247460c Representation for the red-linked inline images in VE
The red-linked inline images in VE are now identifited as red links and image errors.
They can be changed and thereby be modified just as any other inline image on the editor.

Moriel Schottlender 37b3c07b26 Image model and the media edit dialog
Creating an MWImageModel that handles all image edit operations.
If the new attributes mean a change of image types from inline
to block or vice versa, the model will handle the creation and
insertion of the new node.

Roan Kattouw f2422d916c Update VE core submodule to master (c150259) for scalable changes
ve.dm.Scalable is now a computational model for image scaling and
size manipulation. This commit adjusts the nodes and the edit and
insertion dialog to handle the new scalable model, and by that
use a centralized computational engine for all scaling and size
changes.

New changes:

Ed Sanders 6f37b4608c Only show non-anchored resize handles for MWBlock/InlineImages
For block images, show the bottom left/right anchor if the image
is right/left aligned, and both if it is centred.

For inline images, show the bottom right anchor unless the page is
RTL.

Bonus:

Roan Kattouw 36061c7f5d Render resolved URLs for href and src attributes in CE
URLs are resolved according to the <base> URL from the Parsoid DOM.
For instance, a link can have its href set to '../Foo' in the DM, and
the target will show up as '../Foo' in the link inspector, but the CE
rendering will be <a href="http://localhost/Foo"> (assuming Parsoid sent
<base href="http://localhost/wiki/Bar">).

Roan Kattouw 1d7d19ff33 Remove ve.ce.Node.prototype.onAttributeChange
There was code in there once, but it's now empty. Removed it in favor
of adding explicit listeners in the handful of subclasses that
override it.

Roan Kattouw 92c38eab85 The great directory split of 2013
Move all MW-specific files into the ve-mw directory, in preparation
for moving them out into a separate repo.

All MW-specific files were moved into a parallel directory structure
in modules/ve-mw . Files with both generic and MW-specific things were
split up. Files in ve/init/mw/ were moved to ve-mw/init/ rather than
ve-mw/init/mw ; they're still named ve.init.mw.* but we should change
that. Some of the test files for core classes had MW-specific test cases,
so those were split up and the test runner was duplicated; we should
refactor our tests to use data providers so we can add cases more easily.

Split files:
* ve.ce.Node.css
* ve.ce.ContentBranchNode.test.js (MWEntityNode)
* ve.ce.Document.test.js (some core test cases genericized)
* ve.dm.InternalList.test.js (uses mwReference test document)
* ve.dm.SurfaceFragment.test.js, ve.ui.FormatAction.test.js
** Made core tests use heading instead of mwHeading
** Updated core tests because normal headings don't break out of lists
** Moved test runners into ve.test.utils.js
* ve.ui.Icons-*.css
* ve.ui.Dialog.css (MW parts into ve.ui.MWDialog.css)
* ve.ui.Tool.css
* ve.ui.Widget.css (move ve-ui-rtl and ve-ui-ltr to ve.ui.css)

ve.dm.Converter.test.js: Moved runner functions into ve.test.utils.js

ve.dm.example.js:
* Refactored createExampleDocument so mwExample can use it
* Removed wgExtensionAssetsPath detection, moved into mw-preload.js
* Genericized withMeta example document (original version copied to mwExample)
* Moved references example document to mwExample

* Subclass MWDialog rather than Dialog
* Load both core and MW versions of stylesheets that have both

ve.ui.PagedDialog.js: Converted to a mixin rather than an abstract base class
* Don't inherit ve.ui.Dialog
* Rather than overriding initialize(), provide initializePages() which the
  host class is supposed to call from its initialize()
* Rename onOutlineSelect to onPageOutlineSelect

ve.ui.MWMetaDialog.js, ve.ui.MWTransclusionDialog.js:
* Use PagedDialog as a mixin rather than a base class, inherit MWDialog

bullet-icon.png: Unused, deleted

Stuff we should do later:
* Refactor tests to use data providers
* Write utility function for SVG compat check
* Separate omnibus CSS files such as ve.ui.Widget.css
* Separate omnibus RL modules
* Use icon classes in ViewPageTarget
