Overriding ve.ce.BranchNode#onSplice seems pretty scary, some bug could cause two captions to be inserted and it wouldn't even be visible in the editor. Instead, allow normal splice handling to happen when the caption is added/removed, and only override the position where it is inserted (to account for the image node this.$a). The caption node is already removed from DM/CE if the image type is changed to one that doesn't have captions, and even if that failed it is also hidden in CSS, so we don't need to handle this. This is mostly without behavior changes, with three exceptions: * ve.dm.MWImageModel#attachScalable now passes a title with spaces instead of underscores to the Scalable (this doesn't matter because it's normalized to use spaces later anyway). * ve.dm.MWImageNode#getFilename now returns a title with spaces instead of underscores. This is used in some API queries and when rendering thumbnails for missing files, and this format is actually more correct for both of these. * ve.dm.MWTemplateModel now URI-decodes the template title. This actually fixes a bug where trying to edit a template transclusion whose title contains a '?' would throw an exception about invalid title. The logic is actually correct, so let's fix it to skip over text nodes. Also, remove a stray 'eslint-enable' comment left over in a0f934ed26. Resolving attributes means turning 'href' and 'src' URLs from possibly relative to absolute, so that they don't depend on the base URI of the document. This is necessary when rendering for clipboard (and in some other cases), but at the point when toDomElements() is called, the document these elements are in does not necessary have a sane base URI set, giving us hrefs pointing to nonexistent pages. Don't do it here; it will happen later when we know what the right document (and right base URI) is, e.g. in ve.ce.Surface#onCopy or ve.ui.PreviewElement#replaceWithModelDom. Instead, use getCheckboxesDefinition(), and build our save form checkboxes from that rather than extracting them from the HTML. The ability to have non-checkbox fields there is removed, as that was never intentional and is now impossible. To avoid transient problems during deployment (old JS code cached in the user's browser receiving the new format of API responses), the old property is kept in the API response. Two problems: * At least one caller already calls QUnit.newMwEnvironment(), which means it runs twice which is unsupported and breaks If4141df10eae55 in core. * It assumes the return will contain 'setup' and 'teardown', which is internal and also changes with If4141df10eae55 in core. Using 'setup' and 'teardown' for this within VE-MW is fine. First attempt is to simply remove it. Uses that already called QUnit.newMwEnvironment are effectively unchanged. Uses that didn't and only pass ve.test.utils.mwEnvironment to QUnit.module directly will now run without core's QUnit.newMwEnvironment() setup/teardown. As I understand it, the button should be enabled whenever there's more than one option in the sidebar, and disabled otherwise. The previously chosen conditions weren't perfectly proxying this, and the button would be disabled whenever editing an already-existing transclusion.
