This prevents tables from getting sanitized even on
VE to VE copy. Also by calling ClassAttributeNode sanitize
extra CSS classes are removed.

They make it a little bit more cluttered to hunt down problems when
testing. So, use the minimum image instead of just "Foo" or similar.

If data-mw.body.html is not set, search for the element
whose ID matches data-mw.body.id and use its contents.
.body.html is still used for new content: new references
use .body.html, and if a reference using .body.id is
changed, the changed HTML is output in .body.html.

The example data still used the old format for data-mw that predates
support for multi-template transclusions in Parsoid. The old format
has now been retired, and any attempt to interpret it will cause
JS errors.
Also removed data-parsoid from most of these examples while I was
at it.
