We used to re-label the other edit tab but this fell away for Wikimedia users
when we switched from adding a new tab to replacing the old one via config;
over-riding 'tooltip-ca-edit' looks like the best way of doing this here. The
mention of wikitext means it's less of a shock to users.

we can't parse on the client and relies on a parameter we don't get from the
API.
This relies on WikimediaMessages' version of the Edit schema being updated at

Add an info panel to the MediaDialog to show the user information
about the chosen file from the new extmetadata API.
Also, change the way results are viewed:
* Present the search results with their proper ratio.
* Use masonry fit for the search results.
* Change the resizeToBoundingBox method in ve.dm.MWImageNode to accept
a specific side constraint, either 'width' or 'height'. This is also
going to be useful for adding and calculating 'scale' considerations
that affects the image height.
* Add info panel with details from extmetadata including author, license,
date of upload and creation, etc.
* Get descriptions and data according to wiki language.

MediaWiki core change I04b1a384 added support for i18n of API module
help. This takes advantage of that while still maintaining backwards
compatibility with earlier versions of MediaWiki.
Once support for MediaWiki before 1.25 is dropped, the methods marked
deprecated in this patch may be removed.

The media dialog has an "Apply changes" primary action and a "Change image"
secondary action. These two labels are confusingly similar. "Choose a
different image" is a long label, but even on mobile a longer label
should fit nicely in this context, and this seems to me to avoid the
issue of ambiguity.

This puts reference insertion and editing tools into the same menu (yay) and
applying-annotations-to-text tools into the same menu, too.
As part of this, I'm re-labelling the generic reference tool to "Basic" (now
that it has some context for users).

This inspector isn't designed for insertion mode yet; attempting to use
it in insertion mode causes nasty JS errors.

At some point getTitle was changed to updateTitle but the caller was still
assuming it would return a string. Also, we removed the transclusion
dialog title message, but were still trying to use it.

Change "Wrap content with this item" to
"Wrap text around this item".
The content is usually text, so using "text" should be
clearer and easier.
And saying "wrap content with this item" may be understood
as if the text is wrapped inside the content, which
is not the case.
