There are 2 methods with the same name, but they are very
different. This makes it much easier to understand the
difference, I hope.

The idea is to possibly rename some of these classes, based on
these descriptions. But this should be done in later, separate
patches.

Returns true if there is no meaningful user input yet.
Will be used in the next patch.

Make ve.dm.MWTemplateModel#serialize ignore empty parameters if they were not
present in the transclusion before the edit. This avoids dirty diffs where an
user edits a template transclusion via VisualEditor, and the editor adds all
available template parameters to the edit wikitext, even if they were not
changed during the edit.
This logic was ported from the old Wikia-WMF VisualEditor project.[1]
Additionally, add tests for ve.dm.MWTemplateModel serialization.

Bring in ve.dm.MWInternalLinkAnnotation.static.getTargetDataFromHref
and ve.resolveUrl, so that the file has no dependencies on VE.

Let's keep the ugly regexp and the comments about why we do this in a
single place.
This is mostly without behavior changes, with three exceptions:
* ve.dm.MWImageModel#attachScalable now passes a title with spaces
instead of underscores to the Scalable (this doesn't matter because
it's normalized to use spaces later anyway).
* ve.dm.MWImageNode#getFilename now returns a title with spaces
instead of underscores. This is used in some API queries and when
rendering thumbnails for missing files, and this format is actually
more correct for both of these.
* ve.dm.MWTemplateModel now URI-decodes the template title. This
actually fixes a bug where trying to edit a template transclusion
whose title contains a '?' would throw an exception about invalid
title.
Also, clarify that the return value of ve.dm.MWImageModel#getFilename
and ve.dm.MWImageNode#getFilename is different :(

Deep-extending originalData is asking for trouble, because there's
no way to delete anything that way.

0165a53 overlooked the fact that 'name' is also passed to
the MWTemplateModel constructor, and there it really does
always need to be a string, not magically either a string
or an mw.Title object. Oops :(

Now that we have .getTitle() as a method in MWTitleInputWidget, replacing the callers
of MWTitleInputWidget.getValue() with .getTitle(). This fixes a bug in the .getTitle()
method in MWTitleInputWidget which was not taking the namespaces into account before.
Also fixes: the error when entering "Talk:" as a template title. The button to add template
remains disabled when "Talk:" is given as an input to the title here.

Parsoid has added a "key" property to parameter objects,
so now we have to preserve that rather than regenerating
all parameter objects.
Do this by changing the existing use of this.originalData
to a deep extend.

Bonus: avoid modifying this.originalData
Stop prefixing all requested titles with 'Template:', and don't try to use
colon prefixes when transcluding except when deliberately transcluding from the
main namespace.
(A title prefixed with a colon on MediaWiki is used to create a link to
something that would normally be included as a File/Category)

Apparently adding a parameter whose name is an empty string causes Parsoid
to output |undefined= . And I can't say I blame them.

* The name was getting super long, and the Template prefix doesn't
appear to be important.
* Soon we will add a placeholder class, which would have been
MWTemplateParameterPlaceholder, but now just MWParameterPlaceholder
which seems a little less ridiculous.

This will make generating live previews possible.
Changes:
* Add change events to template model.
* Set up connect/disconnect.
Also:
* Add missing fallback for getParameterLabel (Param#label is
optional per the TemplateData spec).
* Implement getWikitext, to be used by the UI dialog later
to create a preview from the wikitext.
* Correctly mark ve.dm.MWTransclusionNode#escapeParameter as
being a static method.

Parameters are ordered using 2 consecutive buckets, the intersection of
paramOrder and parameters in use ordered using paramOrder followed by the
remaining parameters in alpha-numeric order.
A patch to TemplateData was needed to make this work, but we won't get a
crash without it, just no order specification:
Ic5b42c4189868412138680654c499b6c8bc8f47e
The paramOrder property needs some help still, as it currently requires
being either omitted or containing an exhaustive list of all known
parameters. It should backfill unmentioned params in JSON specified order
instead.
